No more stripping wires or soldering just to synchronize equipment. StimTracker provides everything needed to integrate EEG/ERP, eye tracking, and psychophysiological measurement with behavioral research.
EEG/ERP, physiology, and eye-tracking data become far more useful when they include markers that precisely identify when each event occurred. Avoiding operating-system delays, StimTracker automatically measures event onset times and generates accurate markers for every event except codes delivered through USB.

Event Codes via USBAdd information by sending event codes from the stimulus-presentation computer. |
With an eye-tracker-compatible StimTracker, you can output event markers simultaneously to the EEG system, ensuring that EEG signals and gaze data are recorded on the same timebase.

To ensure repeatability and prevent accidental changes, Cedrus made every control fully digital. StimTracker’s controls are intuitive and easy to learn.

After developing and testing several prototypes, Cedrus created a photosensor with an optimal balance of speed and spectral response. It comes in a practical Cedrus-designed housing that avoids unnecessary interference with stimulus presentation.

StimTracker includes all circuitry required to detect stimulus and response onset and generate markers. When needed, SuperLab, E-Prime, PsychoPy, or Psychtoolbox can also send event information over USB—for example, whether a participant’s response was correct.
StimTracker uses standard commands. Python or C++ code written to communicate with Cedrus response pads can be adapted easily to send event codes to StimTracker.
